Daniel 12 - The End and a New Begining

When Michael “stands up” in Daniel 12, heaven’s judgment reaches its solemn conclusion and earth enters its final crisis. Daniel 7 pictures the Ancient of Days and the Son of Man seated in judgment. But standing signals action—decisive intervention in human history. Scripture calls this moment a “time of trouble,” unparalleled in intensity. Yet for God’s faithful people, it is not a time of abandonment, but of protection. Psalm 91 assures us that those who dwell in the secret place of the Most High will rest under His shadow. While the world trembles, God remains a refuge and strength.

This lesson reveals that Christ’s return is not secret or hidden. Jesus comes in the clouds with power and great glory. Every eye sees Him. Every ear hears the trumpet call. The earth itself responds to His majesty. The faithful are delivered—not by human strength, but by divine intervention.

Daniel also foretold that knowledge would increase at the time of the end and that his sealed prophecies would be understood. We are living in that prophetic hour. Trials refine faith, deepen trust, and prepare us for eternity. The message of Daniel is clear: God is in control, and His people will stand victorious.
